Description
Under general supervision, prepares simple formulations to include extracts, solutions and liposomes and a few additional ingredients to complete the batching process; cleans kettles and equipment including pumps and mixers. Must complete paperwork documenting batching progress and cleaning/sanitization procedures. Must adhere to company Safety, GMP and GDP practices.
Ability to work as part of a team towards common departmental goals including scrap and batch cycle time performance.
Qualifications
  • Must maintain good attendance.
  • Must follow GMP and GDP requirements.
  • Must follow instructions and pay attention to details.
  • Must be handy (be able to lift up2 to 50lbs and operate power/hydraulic industrial equipment).
  • Must have a good overall understanding of measurement units and basic math.
  • Must have good communication skills and ability to read/write in English.
  • Must have basic computer skills.
  • Familiarity in a controlled manufacturing environment and knowledge of Aseptic Technique a plus.

Pay Range:
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $22.75 to $32.00. Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
