Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic HR/Talent leader with strong expertise in employee development and performance management to help enhance and evolve how we set goals, provide feedback, and develop talent across the firm. This role will focus on assessing and strengthening our performance management framework, supporting leaders in effective performance conversations, and ensuring our practices align with business goals and drive a high-performing culture.
Partnering closely with senior leadership, this individual will provide data-driven insights and help translate business priorities into practical people strategies, while contributing to broader talent initiatives within a growing professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management
  • Assess the effectiveness of current performance practices and recommend enhancements to refresh, update and improve our performance management framework.
  • Support ongoing performance management activities including goal setting, feedback cycles, and performance reviews.
  • Coach leaders and managers on effective performance conversations, feedback delivery, and development planning.
Talent Strategy & Development
  • Provide input and support for learning and development programming.
  • Help translate business goals into practical people strategies and initiatives.
  • Offer insights and recommendations based on industry's best practices and trends in professional services and training consulting.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all matters related to talent strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 7+ years of broad HR experience including talent management and performance management.
  • Prior experience in professional services, consulting, or similar client-based environments strongly preferred.
  • Experience designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics and relationship management.
  • Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various employment reports.
  • Strong background in learning and development, talent retention, and leadership coaching.
  • Proven experience leading or significantly influencing recruitment strategies and hiring processes.

Salary Range: The annual salary range for this position is $95,000 to $125,000. The final compensation offered will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, and qualifications. This role is structured on a fractional (part-time) basis, and compensation will be prorated based on the agreed work schedule
