A Fractional CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer) is an experienced HR executive who works with organizations on a part-time, contract, or project basis instead of serving as a full-time, in-house leader. Companies hire Fractional CHROs to access strategic HR expertise without the cost of a full-time executive. These professionals help with HR strategy, talent management, compliance, organizational development, and leadership coaching, typically for small to mid-sized businesses or startups.
