FPA – Fort Worth, TX
Full-Time | In-Person | Paid Training

Start Your Career in Customer Experience, Sales & Communication

FPA is hiring motivated, personable, and dependable individuals to join our Fort Worth team as Customer Experience Representatives.

This is a full-time, in-person, customer-facing sales position designed for individuals who enjoy working with people, communicating face-to-face, and being part of a team.

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will represent established client brands while helping customers understand available products and services, answering questions, identifying customer needs, and supporting new customer acquisition.

No previous sales experience is required. Paid training is provided.

Candidates with backgrounds in customer service, retail, restaurants, hospitality, events, promotions, communications, or other people-focused environments are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with customers face-to-face in a friendly and professional manner
  • Ask questions to understand customer needs and interests
  • Explain client products, services, promotions, and available options
  • Recommend appropriate products and services based on customer needs
  • Support customer acquisition, sales, and enrollment
  • Answer customer questions and provide accurate information
  • Build rapport and create a positive customer experience
  • Represent established client brands professionally
  • Work alongside team members to achieve daily customer engagement and sales objectives
