Western Colorado premier healthcare facility, Valley View Hospital has an opportunity for a Physical Therapist at our Silt Colorado Outpatient Clinic. Due to increase in volume, we are working to shorten our wait time for patients, so increasing our Rehab staff #'s to accommodate. In this position, you will evaluate patients and develop and implement an appropriate treatment plan for a variety of diagnoses. Your goal will be to improve patients' strength, ROM, balance, safety and function. You'll also educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs. Schedule: Working 4-10 hour days/week, days will vary. Leaves 3 days a week to go play in the mountains and slopes!
