Spa Receptionist

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Spa Receptionist to serve as the welcoming first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience from reservation through departure while supporting the daily operations of the spa. This role coordinates appointments, manages guest inquiries and transactions, assists with retail sales, maintains reception and guest areas, and partners with multiple departments to deliver the exceptional service and attention to detail that define the Four Seasons experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a polished, organized, and guest-focused hospitality professional who is passionate about wellness, thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment, and is committed to creating memorable guest experiences.

What you will do:

  • Welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide information about spa services, amenities, and facilities.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and manage spa appointments to ensure accuracy and alignment with guest preferences.
  • Handle guest inquiries, process payments, gift certificates, and retail transactions while maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area, including monitoring guest spaces and replenishing supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with spa, housekeeping, engineering, and other hotel teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

What you bring:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a spa, hospitality, front desk, or guest services role, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with spa or hotel systems such as Book4Time, Opera, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Passion for wellness and hospitality, with a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and commitment to exceptional guest service.
  • Valid authorization to work in the United States
