Mayo Clinic Shuttle Driver - Split Shift

Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting employees safely and efficiently to and from work at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shuttles run 5 days a week to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester
  • Two 4 hour shifts per day (4am - 8am and 3pm - 7pm)
  • Ensure the safety of all passengers by adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking, as well as answering any questions they may have.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shuttle vehicle.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding schedules and passenger needs.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Assist in managing passenger flow during peak times to ensure timely departures.

Qualifications

  • CDL - w/passenger endorsement.
  • Previous experience in shuttle driving, van driving, or bus driving is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
  • Experience operating motor coaches or similar vehicles is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
