We're building the operating system for presence — giving relationship-driven professionals back the in-person hour that every digital channel is quietly making more valuable and more scarce.

Whole professions run on relationships — wealth advisors, brokers, dealmakers, the people whose business is won across a table, not through an inbox. For a decade they had it both ways: build the relationship in person, and let digital channels do the reach. Email, ads, cold outreach, the feed.

Those channels are declining now, and they're declining together. Response rates fall, costs rise, attention thins — everywhere at once. The correlated decline of digital is quietly repricing the one thing that still works: being in the room.

But presence doesn't scale the way a send blast does. You can be at one table, on one night, with one group of people. The most valuable hour in the business is also the hardest to manufacture — rationed by time, logistics, and whoever happens to have the bandwidth to pull it together. And knowing who to gather is half the battle — the person who could change everything is often someone you'd never have thought to invite. Getting them in the room is the other half.

We think that's solvable now in a way it wasn't even two years ago.

Coram — Latin for “in one's presence” — is the operating system for that hour.

As Founding CEO, you'll co‑found Coram alongside our AI Builders and Partners — going from idea to seed funding in 12–18 months, supported by our proven process and shared resources. You'll own the vision, lead discovery and validation, and shape the product and the company from the ground up.

This is a co‑founder seat, not a role you slot into. The right partner is already itching to build something in this space and wants an engine underneath them to move faster than they could alone.

Right now, we're especially looking for a founder who has grown a business through relationships — someone who has sold in the rooms that matter and knows how to gather the right people into them.

• You’ve sold and grown in relationship‑driven B2B — you know that in these worlds the deal is won in person, and you’ve felt firsthand how much harder every digital channel has become
• You know how to gather — you can design and host the kind of gathering people rearrange their calendars for, and you understand that who’s in the room is the entire game
• You feel called to found — with or without us, building a venture is your clear path forward
• You resonate deeply with the mission — building AI for human flourishing, especially around presence and real relationships, is work you’d do anyway
• You’re fluent in AI’s practical uses — you don’t need to be technical, but you should at least be a genuine power user

We typically start with a one‑to‑three‑month engagement to collaborate on searching, shaping, or validating the idea, depending on your stage. You’ll lead customer discovery and test the core hypotheses with our support. Success in this phase leads to venture funding and comprehensive studio support through launch — where we help you build your MVP, win early customers, and raise your seed round.
