Administrative Assistant to Founder, Luxury Showroom in Orange County


Position Summary

A prestigious luxury décor showroom is seeking a polished, highly organized Administrative Assistant to the Founder to provide day-to-day administrative and client-facing support in a sophisticated, high-touch environment. This individual will interact with high-profile and HNW clients and serve as a key liaison between the Founder, clients, and internal team.

The ideal candidate is highly professional, communicative, and trustworthy, with excellent judgment and the ability to anticipate needs. They are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly, have a strong attention to detail, and are someone who simply “gets it.” This is an opportunity for a reliable, loyal individual seeking a long-term position with the potential to grow their career alongside the business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage invoices, expenses, and related administrative documentation.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files and records.
  • Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and scheduling on behalf of the Founder.
  • Manage and maintain the Founder’s calendar.
  • Oversee shipments and coordinate logistics as needed.
  • Provide administrative and social media support.
