The Sales Director will play a critical role in scaling the brand across the United States, driving revenue growth through a combination of strategic wholesale partnerships and high-impact trunk shows. This individual will serve as both a commercial leader and brand ambassador, ensuring the business expands thoughtfully while maintaining the integrity, storytelling, and creative vision at the heart of the brand.
This role requires a balance of strategic sales leadership and operational execution. The Sales Director will develop and execute wholesale strategy, build and maintain relationships with high-end boutique retailers, and oversee the planning and execution of trunk shows. Reporting to the CEO and working in close partnership with cross-functional teams, this leader will help evolve the brand from a growing creative business into a commercially disciplined, globally recognized luxury house.
As a Sales Director- SFJ you will:
  • Establish and execute the wholesale sales strategy across the United States, focusing on premium boutiques and strategic trunk shows
  • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with high-end jewelry retailers to drive brand expansion
  • Lead all trunk show planning and execution to maximize revenue and brand exposure
  • Manage sales budgets, forecasting, and P&L to support sustainable growth
  • Implement scalable systems and processes to support wholesale operations
  • Partner closely with the CEO, and Creative Director to ensure alignment with brand vision
  • Collaborate with eCommerce and Digital teams to align on product launches and messaging
  • Represent the brand at events and client engagements while maintaining brand integrity and storytelling
  • Capture and leverage customer and sales data to inform strategy and drive growth

What We Need From You
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 5-10 years of sales experience in luxury jewelry, fashion, accessories, beauty, or related consumer goods
  • Proven track record of opening accounts and scaling a brand within wholesale or retail channels
  • Strong network and relationships within luxury or fine jewelry retail
  • Experience managing trunk shows or similar client-facing sales events
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and sales performance metrics
  • Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to build scalable processes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust
  • High level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a founder-led and family office environment
  • Passion for luxury products, craftsmanship, and brand storytelling

Physical Requirements
The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the work day and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The associate must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds.
