Crew Leader โ€“ Lead Residential Foundation Restoration & Seismic Retrofitting Job Overview

The Opportunity

You will serve as a vital field leader, managing the hands-on execution of critical foundation restoration and seismic retrofitting projects across Greater Los Angeles. This role empowers you to take ownership of site safety and quality while mentoring a dedicated crew in a culture built on integrity and transparency. You will play a key part in scaling a company with nearly 20 years of industry expertise into its next phase of regional growth.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Supervise and direct daily field operations for foundation repair crews to ensure all projects meet high-quality standards.

  • Execute complex structural retrofits and foundation repairs while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols.

  • Coordinate on-site logistics and technical troubleshooting to prevent project delays in challenging crawlspace environments.

  • Mentor junior team members by providing hands-on training in foundation repair techniques and construction best practices.

  • Maintain clear communication with leadership and clients to ensure project transparency and accountability.

  • Manage site resources and equipment efficiently to maintain project timelines and company standards of excellence.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven professional experience specifically performing foundation repairs and residential retrofitting.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead small crews and manage job site dynamics with minimal oversight.

  • Absolute willingness to work in tight crawlspace environments under residential structures.

  • Strong basic understanding of general construction principles and the ability to interpret project instructions.

  • Must possess a valid driverโ€™s license and reliable personal transportation for travel to various job sites.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • 2 or more years of leadership experience in a residential foundation or structural repair environment.
