Job Roles and Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments.

  • Inspect foundations, crawl spaces, drainage systems, and concrete slabs.

  • Identify structural, foundation, and drainage concerns.

  • Prepare project estimates and repair proposals.

  • Explain repair options and answer customer questions.

  • Document inspection findings using company software and CRM systems.

  • Follow up on estimates and assist customers throughout the decision-making process.

  • Coordinate with office and production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

  • Manage appointment schedules and travel to customer locations.
