Just as we celebrate the uniqueness of each of our doughnuts, we enthusiastically support the individuality of every one of our team members. We know that the personal attention our baristas offer our guests has as much to do with our success as the taste of our coffee and doughnuts. Hard work, good fun, and outstanding customer service form the foundation upon which we have built our business, and we are always looking for people who can help continue that tradition.

We are currently looking for a regular part-time Barista to join the team! This is regular/permanent position, not a seasonal role

What we are looking for someone who can:

  • Use a "guest first" mindset when making decisions to prioritize duties
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service
  • Bring a positive attitude to create a rapport with customers and build teamwork
  • Serve doughnuts, pastries, sandwiches, beverages and coffee orders following Top Pot's recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with Company guidelines and Health Department requirements
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including opening, closing, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Able to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds
  • Able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
