Position Overview Baristas are the foundation and the brand of Mercurys. Baristas are friendly, personable and have the ability to engage with customer by providing outstanding service. Ability to work with cross functional teams, participate in team meetings, always eager to learn and have the ability to multitask with efficiency and speed at all times.

What You'll Do As a Mercurys Barista, you'll be more than just a drink maker - you'll be the face of our brand, building genuine connections with guests and teammates while delivering an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities include: Crafting and serving high-quality espresso, coffee, tea, energy drinks and blended beverages. Providing friendly, fast, and attentive customer service with every interaction.

Handling cash and operating the POS system accurately. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe cafe environment. Supporting your team with restocking, prepping, and daily cafe operations.

Living out our mission of Coffee, Culture, Community in every guest interaction. Other tasks as assigned pertaining to store operations. What We're Looking For: A passion for coffee, people, and community.

Prior barista or customer service experience is a plus but not required - we provide full training.
