About the Role
Clarvida is seeking a Foster Care Coordinator to support foster families and ensure the safety, stability, and well-being of children placed in care. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between foster parents, children, internal teams, and community partners while ensuring compliance with state regulations and program standards.
This is a community-based position that requires strong relationship-building skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while supporting families through every stage of the foster care process.
Responsibilities
โ€ข Recruit, support, and maintain ongoing relationships with foster families
โ€ข Coordinate placement services and ongoing support for children in foster care
โ€ข Conduct regular home visits and monitor placements to ensure child safety and well-being
โ€ข Provide guidance, resources, and training support to foster parents
โ€ข Collaborate with internal teams, state agencies, and community partners
โ€ข Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
โ€ข Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing standards, and agency policies
โ€ข Participate in case reviews, meetings, and service planning as required
โ€ข Respond to foster family needs, concerns, and placement-related issues
Requirements
