Forwarding agents, also known as freight forwarders, are professionals or companies that organize the shipment of goods from one place to another. They act as intermediaries between shippers and transportation services, coordinating the logistics, documentation, customs clearance, and sometimes storage of goods. Their services are essential for businesses involved in importing and exporting products globally.
