Forward Financing is a financial services company that provides working capital solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. They offer flexible funding options, such as merchant cash advances, to help businesses access the capital they need quickly and easily. Employees often have opportunities to advance by taking on leadership roles or specializing in areas like risk assessment and client relations.

  • Serve as a primary advisor to a high-volume client base, leading discovery conversations, planning discussions, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and confidence in guiding clients through complex financial decisions.
  • Bring a forward-thinking, technology-driven mindset to client engagement, using Allworth's tools and platforms to serve a larger client base without sacrificing quality or personalization.

Financial Planning & Advisory Delivery

  • Deliver comprehensive financial planning using Allworth's 7 Personal Decision Points framework.
  • Partner with the Wealth Planning Team and Associate Advisors to develop and present thoughtful, customized financial plans.

Performance & Technology Standards

  • Use CRM-driven cadence and prioritization tools to determine which clients to engage, and when, based on an engagement scoring model rather than instinct alone.

  • Contribute ideas and feedback that help refine team processes, engagement strategies, and the use of technology across the office.

Communication & Documentation

  • Communicate planning strategies, recommendations, and investment updates clearly and confidently.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up in Allworth's CRM system.
  • Provide thoughtful feedback to leadership to support continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

  • CFP or ChFC designation is a plus but not required.
  • Must have Series 65 or 66 (Series 7 and Insurance licenses not required).
  • Minimum one to three years of client-facing wealth management or financial planning experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, mentor, and model best practices.
  • High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Thrives in an in-office, team-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable managing a high-volume client caseload, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and stay organized using technology and data.
  • Embraces a data-driven, technology-forward approach to client engagement and daily activity management.
  • Proficiency with financial planning tools and CRM systems (MoneyGuidePro and Salesforce preferred).
