Truck & Equipment Mechanic
Location: Mineral Wells, WV
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Are you an experienced mechanic looking for a stable career with a company that values its employees? Our client is seeking a Full-Time Truck & Equipment Mechanic to join their team in Mineral Wells, WV. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an experienced Maintenance Manager who is committed to helping you grow your skills and advance your career.
What You'll Do
Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel trucks and heavy equipment.
Perform repairs on diesel engines, brake systems, transmissions, and drivetrain components.
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems.
Complete preventative maintenance and inspections to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.
Maintain accurate service records and communicate repair needs.
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Welding and fabrication experience is a strong plus but not required.
What We're Looking For
Experience working on diesel engines and heavy equipment.
Knowledge of brake systems, transmissions, drivetrain components, and hydraulics.
Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs independently.
Welding experience is a bonus.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Valid driver's license preferred.
