Job description

A Top Am Law 100 Law firm that represents the majority of the Fortune 100 and more than half of the Fortune 500 companies is is seeking an associate to join their IP Litigation team.


Qualified applicants will have:

  • Top law school credentials
  • 2-4 years of Intellectual Property litigation experience
  • With at least some patent litigation experience


Undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, or similar degrees are a plus, but not required.


Experience with PTAB disputes is also a plus.
