  • VOD Reviews: Analyze gameplay footage with students to identify mistakes and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Team Dynamics: (If applicable) Coach Duo or Squad teams on communication, synergizing loadouts, and playing as a cohesive unit.
  • Character Building: Promote tilt management, healthy gaming habits, and good sportsmanship both in and out of the game.
  • Parental Communication: Keep parents informed with regular updates on their child’s progress, behavior, and upcoming academy events.
What We're Looking For

We’re searching for a coach who not only knows Fortnite inside and out but also has the skills to connect with young players and their families. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Game Proficiency: High-level competitive experience in Fortnite (e.g., currently or recently ranked in Champion or Unreal).
  • Coaching/Teaching Experience: Prior experience working with youth (camps, tutoring, traditional sports coaching, etc.) is highly preferred.
  • Communication Skills: The ability to break down complex gaming concepts into simple, engaging lessons for younger players.
  • Reliability: Punctuality and the ability to manage a consistent weekly schedule are a must.
  • Safety: You must pass a comprehensive background check, as this role involves working closely with youth.
