OBGYN | $400K Base + Production

St. Mary's, Ohio


Practice Highlights

▪      Work-Life Balance: Flexible schedule with the option of a 4 or 5-day workweek; one dedicated surgery day per week

▪      Culture & Support: Join an established OBGYN practice backed by 3 midwives, 1 NP, and with dedicated RN, LPN, and MA support and a stable, low-politics administration (15+ years of tenure)

▪      Desirable Practice Setting: No high-risk OB; as much GYN surgery as you want, advanced laparoscopy and robot available; state-of-the-art clinic added in 2021 directly across from the hospital and connected to OB floor monitors; 5 OR suites, 2 endoscopy procedure rooms, and an 8-bed PACU

▪      Professional Growth Opportunities: Autonomy to build your OBGYN practice the way you want, with the opportunity to help expand OB services into additional community clinics


Compensation & Benefits

▪      Competitive Compensation: $400,000 guaranteed base salary plus production bonus, with up to $550,000 second-year earning potential (current physician is earning approximately $900,000 on production)

▪      Generous Quality Bonus: Quarterly quality stipend up to 10% of base; wRVUs over base production paid at $54.25 per wRVU into a bank paid out in July and January; production credit for midwife deliveries; $200 per meeting admin stipend

▪      Sign-On Bonus: $75,000 sign-on ($25,000 at first pay period, $50,000 at one year)

▪      Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, and short and long-term disability; 27 days PTO (vacation, holidays, sick, CME) scaling to 45 days with tenure

▪      Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000, plus a 6-month housing allowance at $1,000 per month

▪      Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Up to $300,000 (three $100,000 increments, each with 5-year forgiveness)

▪      Degree: MD or DO

▪      Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in OBGYN (within one year)
