Job description

The group you'll be a part of The Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam. We drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes. The impact you'll make As a Technical Program Manager at Lam, you will fill a critical need to develop and manage business analytics projects including development of served available market (SAM) of Services business, determination of market share, and bringing in automation.

You'll play a key role in strategic decision making in development of Services products and its roadmap. The role is highly cross-functional, focused on interacting with the Product Groups, regional teams and analytics teams. What you'll do Manages development of Services SAM based on installed base, process flows and Lam WFE opex performance.

Develops and manages tool services performance database, data collection, and analysis and report results to inform program schedules and deliverables. Influence cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process and inspire alignment. Deliver change management for programs that are sustainable and maintains long-term success.

Successfully navigate multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Who we're looking for Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 8+ years' experience; or a PhD with 5+ years' experience in semiconductor industry Excellent understanding of semiconductor process flow - NAND, DRAM and logic devices, criticality of various applications Exposure to wafer fabrication equipment preferably etch and deposition tools and its operating performance in terms of running cost and tool uptime Experience leading cross-functional teams and demonstrating excellent leadership and influence skills to deliver results. Excellent communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to present to audiences at all levels in the Company.

Preferred qualifications Experience in or deep knowledge of Semiconductor fabrication, Semiconductor Equipment Operations, or related industries is a plus. Expert knowledge of Program Management methods and experience in Product Development & Release (PDR) procedures. Experience with a higher-capability data analysis tools beyond Excel, such as VBA, SQL, Tableau; and/or experience working with databases Expertise with project management software and tools including MS Project, QuickBase, Office Timeline, or equivalent.
