This role is essential in instilling a strong safety-first culture while maintaining a rigorous maintenance program that aligns with operational needs and ensures the reliable operation of the Healy Power Plants.Requirements for this Healy Maintenance Manager jobTo excel as the Full Time Healy Maintenance Manager at Golden Valley Electric Association, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or have a minimum of ten years of maintenance experience in an industrial coal-fired plant or related field. Additionally, applicants should have at least four years of experience in a management role within a power plant setting, with a proven track record of budget management.
