Facility Information: Forest General Hospital is located in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. It is a 547 bed, Level II Trauma Center. It is part of larger system Forrest Health Hospitals that also services the surrounding community hospitals. Featured specialty services include behavioral health and addiction services, cancer, emergency, trauma, heart, vascular, orthopedics, neurosurgery, surgery and women's and children's services. In addition to Forrest General Hospital, Forrest Health hospitals include: Highland Community Hospital, Picayune; Jefferson Davis Community Hospital & Extended Care Facility, Prentiss; Marion General Hospital, Columbia; Pearl River County Hospital & Nursing Home, Poplarville; Perry County General Hospital, Richton; and Walthall General Hospital, Tylertown.
