As a Senior Consultant, Flexible Consumption Billing Implementation, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement subscription billing solutions to transform client's billing processes
  • Work in integrated project teams on a range of projects covering the entire lifecycle from strategy formulation through to design, development and the deployment of solutions.
  • Managing day-to-day interactions with client executives, sponsors, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Delivering components of client engagements, including business requirements, capability design, vendor selection, implementation planning, and launch readiness
  • Supporting business development activities, including pursuit support, proposal development, and pricing strategy input
  • Coaching team members and contributing to staffing, recruitment, and team development efforts

A successful candidate would possess these skills:

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Ability to communicate complex system concepts to a business audience in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience with successfully leading complex engagements, both business and technical, including multiple dependencies and integration points

  • 2+ years of experience implementing subscription billing platforms such as Zuora Billing, Oracle NetSuite Billing Platform, or SAP BRIM
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • 3+ years of experience with subscription billing requirements, solution design, and platform configuration
  • 2+ years of experience designing or optimizing lead-to-cash and record-to-report processes and end-to-end system architecture
  • 2+ years of experience across software development life cycle phases, including design, build, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and support
  • 2+ years of experience applying Agile and Scrum methodologies to business or technology solutions
  • 2+ years of experience designing integrations between billing or invoicing systems and enterprise resource planning or general ledger

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
