Job Description

DO & CO is seeking a dynamic and driven Live Event Project Manager to spearhead the delivery of unparalleled customer experiences within the elite Formula 1 Paddock Club and our most exclusive Special Projects.

This isn't a role for the faint of heart - it's a high-octane challenge for someone ready to execute premium hospitality, ignite brand activations, and orchestrate live event spectacles on a global scale. Picture yourself at the heart of the action, transforming visions into reality across the globe.

You'll be the linchpin, driving success by:

Mastering Global Logistics: Strategically deploying event assets and kits, ensuring flawless execution across diverse international venues.

Engineering Experiences: From initial space design through to on-site build and breakdown, you'll be instrumental in shaping breathtaking environments.

Commanding Collaboration: Serving as the central hub, you'll unite a diverse network of suppliers - including advanced AV teams, intricate build partners, and critical logistics - alongside internal DO & CO teams.

Executing Under Pressure: On-site, you'll be the decisive leader, adept at navigating real-time changes, resolving technical hurdles, and fulfilling client needs with precision during live events.

Forging Alliances: Collaborating intensely with F1 operations, creative teams, and project stakeholders to construct cohesive, impactful event narratives.

Qualifications
