Set your own schedule, earn up to $193/day, and make a real difference in your community. Become a substitute teacher in Cimarron Hills and surrounding Colorado Springs area and create powerful moments that shift students' perception of what's possible. 

We are currently accepting applications for the 2026-27 school year, and you can start the interview process right away!

In Hawaiian, Kokua (Koh-KOO-ah) means to come together to fulfill a need. For us, that means placing positive role models in classrooms who spark a love for learning. 

You'll earn:

  • $193/day with weekly paychecks
    • $155-175 for daily positions and $171-193 for long-term positions, dependent on experience and certification
  • Paid via W-2, meaning no year-end tax headaches
