Position Summary:
WIN Technology is seeking a motivated Salesforce Administrator Intern to join our Business Systems team and help support the administration, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of our Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Conga, and FormAssembly.
This internship is designed for students and recent graduates who are passionate about Salesforce technology and want to build a career as a Salesforce Administrator or Business Systems professional. Working alongside experienced Salesforce professionals, business analysts, and business stakeholders, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting a production Salesforce environment while developing the technical, analytical, and business skills needed for long-term success.
Flexible scheduling is available to accommodate college class schedules.
Candidates must currently reside within 75 miles of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, or be willing to relocate to a location within 75 miles before their start date.
What You'll Do
Salesforce Administration & Configuration
- Assist with day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user setup, permissions, profiles, roles, and data management
- Learn to configure and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and Flow automation
- Support system enhancements that improve usability and business processes
- Troubleshoot user issues while working with senior team members to implement solutions
Business Analysis & Requirements
- Meet with business users to understand their needs and document requirements
- Help translate business requirements into user stories and functional solutions
- Participate in improving business processes through Salesforce capabilities
- Learn how technology solutions drive business value
Reporting & Data Quality
- Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Assist with data cleanup, deduplication, validation, and governance activities
- Help identify opportunities to improve data quality and operational efficiency
User Support & Training
- Provide first-level support to Salesforce users
- Assist with onboarding new users and answering questions
- Help develop documentation, training materials, and user guides
- Promote user adoption through responsive customer service
Platform Enhancements
- Gain exposure to Conga Composer, Conga Contracts (CLM), FormAssembly, and other Salesforce ecosystem tools
- Participate in Salesforce release activities and change management
- Learn Salesforce security best practices and platform governance

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- Completed coursework involving Salesforce and/or earned Salesforce Trailhead badges, Superbadges, or Salesforce certifications
- Candidates must currently reside within 75 miles of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, or be willing to relocate to a location within 75 miles before their start date
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- A genuine interest in building a career in the Salesforce ecosystem
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (or actively working toward certification)
- Experience using Salesforce through coursework, internships, capstone projects, or personal projects
- Familiarity with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
- Experience with Flow automation
- Experience creating reports and dashboards
- Exposure to Conga, FormAssembly, Gearset, or similar Salesforce tools
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
