If you’re someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in precision and quality, this is the perfect opportunity to advance your career with a company that values both technical excellence and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and approve design calculations and drawings prepared by team members

  • Provide technical support for tilt-up products to customers and internal teams

  • Produce bills of materials for each project

  • Train and mentor new engineers on tilt-up wall lifting and bracing procedures

  • Collaborate with customers, sales techs, yard crew, dispatch, and the engineering team to coordinate job requirements, equipment lists, and schedules

  • Develop engineering solutions for complex and unique applications

  • Follow all company safety procedures, load charts, drawing standards, and file naming protocols

  • Produce detailed CAD drawings that meet Form Services, Inc. quality standards

  • Manage job progress and meet project timelines and delivery commitments

  • Prepare or review the Embed Book for tilt-up fabrication

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field

  • P.E. license preferred (or ability to obtain)

  • 3–5 years of experience in structural or tilt-up design preferred

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural analysis software

  • Strong understanding of tilt-up construction methods, lifting/bracing design, and relevant codes

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple priorities

  • Detail-oriented, safety-focused, and dedicated to high-quality work

In addition to a stable, safe working environment, we offer our full-time employees competitive compensation and excellent benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, as well as an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, 401(k), and Paid Time Off (PTO).
