Job Title
  • Senior Administrative Assistant
Salary
  • Commensurate with industry position, depending on experience.
Travel
  • May involve travel approximately 10% of the time.
We are seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team who will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities and Qualifications will include but are not limited to:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Respond to telephone calls, take messages, and direct callers or visitors to requested staff.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, memorandums, and emails for distribution across the organization.
  • Assist with travel vouchers.
  • Arrange conference calls and schedule meetings.
  • Compose calendars, schedules, and itineraries.
  • Monitor and provide inventory control for office supplies.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • This position does not have any supervisor responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Teams.
  • Proficiency in video conferencing technology, including Video Tele Conferences, Webex, and Zoom.
  • Familiarity with the Defense Travel System (DTS).
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Familiarity with military customs and courtesies.
  • Understanding of Department of Defense processes.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • BA/BS degree
  • 10 years of experience providing administrative and clerical support.
Minimum Security Clearance
  • Current active Secret Clearance
