Job description

Austin Bridge & Road is currently seeking Carpenters - Form Builders Structures (Greenville, TX) We excel at what we do and are looking for talented construction professionals that want to excel with us.
The form setter / builder is responsible for building and setting forms.
Responsibilities
  • Build forms and plan specifications
  • Set forms on line and grade
  • Understand proper safe use of power tools
  • Know and understand finishing tools such as bull float (mop), straight edge, screed, and hand floats
  • Concrete placement and able to finish within the plan specifications
  • Able to follow instructions
  • Assist with concrete placement
  • Assist with concrete finishing
  • Traffic control
  • Install erosion control devices
  • General site clean up
  • Follow safety policies and procedures
  • Work hours adjusted to meet the project's needs; days, nights and weekends
  • Able to work in adverse weather conditions, hot or cold temperatures
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in construction
  • Must have a strong commitment to jobsite safety
  • Diligent in demonstrating safe work practices.
