About the Team:
The new Enterprise Platform portfolio delivers foundational technology capabilities that power secure, scalable, and innovative experiences across the organization using best-in-class tooling and standards. As the leader for the Identity & Access Management Platform, you will architect and deliver modern customer identity solutions that balance frictionless access with robust security and compliance.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and execute the enterprise-wide CIAM strategy, overseeing architecture and modernization of customer identity services.
- Own authentication and authorization services, including SSO, MFA, biometrics, and password-less technologies.
- Manage the full identity lifecycle for millions of users, ensuring seamless registration, profile management, and secure account recovery.
- Partner with cybersecurity and fraud teams to implement risk-based authentication and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing CIAM team, ensuring operational health and vendor management.
What you bring:
