About the Team:

The new Enterprise Platform portfolio delivers foundational technology capabilities that power secure, scalable, and innovative experiences across the organization using best-in-class tooling and standards. As the leader for the Identity & Access Management Platform, you will architect and deliver modern customer identity solutions that balance frictionless access with robust security and compliance.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and execute the enterprise-wide CIAM strategy, overseeing architecture and modernization of customer identity services.
  • Own authentication and authorization services, including SSO, MFA, biometrics, and password-less technologies.
  • Manage the full identity lifecycle for millions of users, ensuring seamless registration, profile management, and secure account recovery.
  • Partner with cybersecurity and fraud teams to implement risk-based authentication and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing CIAM team, ensuring operational health and vendor management.

What you bring:

  • Leadership of enterprise-scale CIAM functions for large consumer-facing businesses.
  • Hands-on expertise with modern CIAM platforms (Okta/Auth0, ForgeRock, Ping Identity).
  • Mastery of identity protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, FIDO/WebAuthn).
  • Experience in fraud prevention, privacy compliance, and user experience optimization.
  • Strong metrics-driven approach to identity flows and business KPIs.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or other related technical discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
