• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to provide personal, couple, and group counseling. Manage sessions effectively using tools like teletherapy software that enhances engagement and follow-up.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate holistic care and explore diverse treatment methodologies suited to our client population.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, employing electronic management systems for efficient tracking and reporting.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision, case conferences, and ongoing professional development to ensure high-quality care and compliance with best practices.

Our clientele encompasses a diverse population, including individuals battling addiction, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, and trauma-related conditions. • A valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York State.
• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A strong foundation in conducting both individual and group therapy, demonstrating a proven ability to engage clients effectively.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies pertinent to mental health treatment, showing adaptability to different client needs.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients from various backgrounds, combined with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• A commitment to ethical principles, ensuring confidentiality and respect for all clients.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably within a clinical setting.
• Previous involvement in developing and implementing treatment programs, with an emphasis on client-centered and trauma-informed care.
• Experience working in a telehealth environment is highly preferable, as it aligns with our remote service delivery model.
