The position is designed to take advantage of a hybrid work model. While the LMFT will primarily conduct sessions remotely, they will also engage with a vibrant outpatient team in our Henderson office. • Establish a positive and trusting rapport with patients to foster an environment conducive to healing.
• Thoroughly assess and diagnose a variety of mental health disorders to create targeted treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
• Conduct regular therapy sessions with clients, incorporating evidence-based practices and methodologies to support mental wellness.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and refer clients to other specialists when additional support or treatment is necessary.
• Document all sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with organizational policies and compliance regulations.

The LMFT will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, providing therapeutic interventions for various mental health concerns. You'll play a critical role in addressing family dynamics, relationship issues, and adolescent behavioral problems, helping clients develop the tools they need for more fulfilling lives. • A valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Nevada.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and trauma-informed practices.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage clients, facilitate discussions, and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Specialized training or previous experience in addiction counseling, particularly regarding substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Proficiency in utilizing mental health software for documentation and scheduling, enhancing the treatment experience for both patients and staff.
• A proven track record of successful treatment outcomes and the ability to motivate clients towards achievable goals.
