Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a positive and trusting rapport with patients to foster an environment conducive to healing.
  • Thoroughly assess and diagnose a variety of mental health disorders to create targeted treatment plans tailored to each individualโ€™s needs.
  • Conduct regular therapy sessions with clients, incorporating evidence-based practices and methodologies to support mental wellness.
  • Continuously monitor patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
  • Lead individual and group therapy sessions, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and refer clients to other specialists when additional support or treatment is necessary.
  • Document all sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with organizational policies and compliance regulations.
Patient Population / Client Focus
