- Supervises and communicates with Loan Servicing staff, assisting, assigning, and guiding them with their duties and responsibilities.
- Contributes to the development of policy, processes and procedures pertaining to loans.
- Proactively, consistently, and effectively communicates with clients, assisting them with all their lending needs.
- Assists clients through all stages of the lending process from answering questions to application through to the loan closing.
- Reviews application documentation and determine eligibility according to policies.
- Responsible for ordering, receiving, and reviewing title work, inspections, and appraisals and going over the results with the client.
- Prepares loan documents for legal approval.
- Maintains and monitor loan budget.
What you'll need to be successful:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance-OR- 5 years verifiable supervisory experience, with independent decision-making skills and professional judgement, to analyze situations, project consequences, identify solutions and adopt appropriate courses of action.
- At least 3 years' experience in loan management.
- Ability to write policy and procedure and implement them.
- Experience with lending processes and loan portfolios.
- Experience in records management and accounting procedures.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Experience in loan management software, accounting software, and Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Must successfully pass all applicable background checks and drug screens
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance AND 5 verifiable supervisory experience
