We are currently hiring anAssociateto join our Forensic, Valuation & Litigation Support (FVLS) team. This role is ideal for an early-career accounting or finance professional who wants hands-on exposure to forensic accounting engagements, valuation analyses, and litigation support projects across a variety of industries.

What You’ll Do

As a Forensic Accounting Associate, you’ll support high-impact client engagements and develop strong analytical and investigative skills. Responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting forensic accounting, business valuation, and litigation support engagements through detailed financial analysis
  • Analyzing financial statements, general ledger activity, transactions, and supporting documentation to identify trends, irregularities, and case-relevant issues
  • Preparing financial models, valuation schedules, damages analyses, and supporting calculations using accepted valuation and forensic methodologies
  • Conducting industry, company, and market research to support valuation assumptions and litigation positions
  • Assisting with forensic investigations, including transaction reconstruction, asset tracing, and electronic document review
  • Preparing clear, well-organized workpapers that document analyses and conclusions
  • Assisting with client‑ready deliverables such as expert reports, exhibits, schedules, and demonstrative materials
  • Collaborating with forensic accountants, valuation professionals, and litigation consultants to meet deadlines and deliver high‑quality client service

What You’ll Bring

We value curiosity, strong fundamentals, and a willingness to learn. Ideal candidates typically have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 1+ year of experience in forensic accounting, business valuation, litigation support, audit, or investigative services
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-service environment
  • Interest in forensic accounting, litigation consulting, and valuation work
  • Progress toward CPA, CFE, or CFF certification is a plus, but not required
