Perimeter Solutions Group (PSG) is hiring an experienced Commercial Fence Foreman to lead installation crews on commercial fencing projects throughout the Savannah area.

If you're an experienced fence installer with leadership skills and enjoy managing crews, delivering quality work, and mentoring others, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and supervise a 2-3 person commercial fence installation crew
  • Plan daily job site activities and keep projects on schedule
  • Install commercial fencing, including chain link, wood, vinyl (PVC), aluminum, and ornamental fencing
  • Read layouts, set posts, pour concrete, and complete installations
  • Operate trucks, trailers, hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
  • Maintain a safe, organized job site and ensure quality workmanship
  • Train and mentor crew members
  • Communicate with customers, project managers, and company leadership
What We're Looking For
  • Commercial fence installation experience required
  • Previous Foreman, Crew Leader, Lead Installer, or Supervisor experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Experience operating trucks and towing trailers
  • CDL preferred, but not required
  • Ability to read a tape measure and construction plans
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors year-round
  • Must pass a background check
