Position Location:
This position will be based around the Middle Tennessee area and will report to the Project Manager.


Position Summary:


The Plumbing Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of assigned projects. This role requires hands-on leadership, in-depth expertise in plumbing systems, and the ability to manage both subcontractors and team members effectively. The Plumbing Foreman will ensure all plumbing tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and lead plumbing work for commercial projects
  • Overseeing labor to maximize productivity & safety and ensure work complies with all code requirements and inspections
  • Daily completion and submission of Daily Logs through Procore
  • Maintain/control of tools, equipment, and materials
  • Participate in site meetings and interact with inspectors and/or client in a positive and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean & safe work environment following OSHA and company regulations

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience
  • Knowledge of plumbing systems to oversee work and ensure correct installation and functionality
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and make decisions under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role within the mechanical contracting or construction industry
  • Familiarity with ProCore or other related project management software
  • Valid Tennessee Plumbing LLP License and ability to acquire a CMC-A License
  • OSHA 10 or 30-Hour Certification

  • Pay Rate: Based on experience and expertise.
