What You Will Be Doing:
1. Developing Subject Matter Expertise:
   - Stay updated on legal issues relevant to foreclosure practices.
   - Research and review unfamiliar legal concepts or processes to enhance knowledge.
   - Discuss and review legal concepts with senior attorneys to ensure legal compliance and consistency.
   - Provide timely and clear responses to staff and client inquiries regarding processes, operations, or legal requirements.
   - Escalate complex issues to senior attorneys when necessary.
 
2. Legal Review and Counsel:
   - Review and verify the content, quality, accuracy, and legal sufficiency of documents.
   - Correct documents to ensure they meet legal requirements and client expectations.
   - Monitor attorney tasks daily to ensure timely completion.
   - Use good judgment to escalate questions to senior attorneys when necessary.
   - Assist and support other practice areas to achieve client objectives and balance workloads.
 
3. Oversight and Collaboration:
   - Develop and maintain effective working relationships with law firm members.
   - Oversee the progress of files to meet milestone targets.
   - Provide legal oversight to staff regarding legal and process requirements.
   - Offer legal counsel to staff to satisfy the firm’s contractual obligations.
   - Respond timely and accurately to communications on file-level matters, escalating when needed.
   - Provide feedback to senior attorneys on performance affecting client deadlines and expectations.
   - Receive and apply feedback from internal teams like Towne Auction and eTitle.
 
4. File Management:
   - Apply legal judgment to enable clients to reach timeline goals by removing obstacles.
   - Provide clear and concise directions on files.
   - Review aged files regularly and develop strategies to move them forward.
   - Participate in discussions on file restarts and delays.
   - Engage in workgroups, client calls, and other relevant discussions as requested.
Experience You Will Need:
Educational Requirements:
  - Law School Diploma.
  - Acceptance to the relevant bar association.
Professional Qualifications:
  - Evidence of "Good Standing" status with the relevant bar association.
Technical Skills:
  - Strong experience with Windows and MS Office (including Word, Outlook, and Excel).
  - Proficiency with Adobe/Nuance Power PDF.
  - Comfort with new technologies and websites.
  - Advanced technology and computer skills.
 Interpersonal Skills:
  - Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
  - Strong communication skills for providing clear and concise directions.
