PURPOSE:

The Remote Foreclosure Frist Legal/ Complaints Processor will be responsible for drafting complaints and amended complaints in the case management system related to Florida Foreclosure. The processor will also correspond with clients regarding the status of any approvals or denials.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Draft and upload complaints and amended complaints
  • Must be very analytical, detailed, and needs to have excellent problem solving
  • Work closely with Attorneyโ€™s to resolve impediments
  • Collect and interpret loan servicing documents such as; Loan Mods, Pay histories, Note, Mortgage, etc.
  • Professionally communicate with clients via email, telephone, and various client systems to obtain information necessary to meet foreclosure requirements and timelines
  • Ability to manage and prioritize large workload
  • Must possess excellent organizational Skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Other duties assigned by management


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior Foreclosure experience
  • Prior experience with drafting Complaints
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately and with attention to detail in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be punctual and have good, consistent attendance.
  • Must be a team player and willing to offer assistance when required
  • Must use good judgment and be courteous and tactful in communication with clients and employees/supervisors.
  • Minimum 1 year of foreclosure experience or Bachelorโ€™s Degree
