Job description

Job Title: Foreclosure Referrals Processor
Location (city, state): Phoenix, AZ
Compensation: $20.00-$24.00/hour
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ year of experience in a legal, mortgage servicing, foreclosure, escrow, or real estate environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with strong 10-key data entry skills.
  • Ability to accurately manage large volumes of information while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written communication and follow-up abilities.

Job Description:
Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify a detail-oriented Foreclosure Referrals Processor to join a growing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with legal and mortgage-related documentation, and can effectively manage multiple priorities. The successful candidate will support the intake and processing of foreclosure referrals while ensuring files are complete, accurate, and moving through the process efficiently.

About Our Client:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process incoming foreclosure referrals received through online portals, email, and other approved channels.
  • Enter and maintain accurate case information within internal case management systems.
  • Review referral documentation for completeness and request additional information when needed.
  • Coordinate with title companies to obtain reports and verify required documentation.
  • Prepare case documents and ensure files are organized for processing.
  • Update case activity, notes, and milestones within internal databases.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding file status and outstanding items.
  • Monitor deadlines and maintain reports to ensure timely follow-up on active files.
  • Conduct routine research, including property and borrower information searches, when required.
  • Assist with administrative and processing tasks to support overall workflow efficiency.
