Job description

About the Role:
We're looking for an Account Representative to lead product lifecycle planning and execution across multiple product lines. In this role, you'll oversee seasonal transitions, inventory planning, and purchasing alignment with sales forecasts to drive profitability and operational efficiency. As a key liaison between internal teams and retail partners, you'll leverage analytics and collaboration to improve processes, enhance performance, and support the company's growth and market responsiveness.
Location: Chino, CA (Office-based)
Salary Range: $72,000 USD- $80,000 USD
What You'll Do:
  • Plan and execute product transitions, pricing updates, seasonal launches, and merchandising initiatives aligned with corporate timelines and business goals.
  • Develop merchandise plans using sales, POS, and inventory data to optimize margin, forecasting, and inventory efficiency.
  • Serve as primary contact for key accounts including Costco Wholesale and The Home Depot, supporting execution, performance, and issue resolution.
  • Manage Club Channel (Costco, Sam's Club, BJ's) business, including Costco Vendor Management, item setup, line reviews, and ongoing account support.
  • Support Costco BPPortal and other retail systems for item maintenance, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
  • Drive Costco Merchandising and Replenishment & Forecasting activities, including purchase orders, inventory planning, and service-level management.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Analytics to support product launches, pricing, and fulfillment readiness.
  • Prepare customer presentations, line reviews, and business reviews using performance data and category insights.
  • Analyze sales, margin, inventory, and competitive trends to identify growth opportunities and process improvements.
  • Monitor purchase orders and fulfillment timelines, proactively resolving issues to maintain service levels.
  • Support packaging, compliance, and customer requirements while ensuring deadlines and standards are met.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 5-8+ years in consumer products or related industry.
  • 3+ years managing Costco Wholesale, Club Channel, or other major mass retail accounts.
  • Experience with Costco Vendor Management, Merchandising, Replenishment, Forecasting, and BPM Portal strongly preferred.
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis skills.
  • Experience with retail portals and POS/forecasting data.
  • Strong communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
