Position Overview:

Weโ€™re seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to grow and optimize our customer basis. You will be responsible for managing, retaining, and growing key customers across North America. This role focuses on relationship depth, customer satisfaction, operational alignment, and consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Account Management & Growth
  • Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts.
  • Develop and execute account growth plans.
  • Lead QBRs and customer performance reviews.
  • Drive retention and reduce churn.
2. Customer Experience & Support
  • Understand customer workflows and product usage.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resolution to issues.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
