Responsibilities

  • Organize meetings, scheduling, follow up, and document
  • Following up with clients via email and phone in a professional manner
  • Customer service skills, answering high demand phone calls
  • Invoicing and processing credit card information
  • Providing daily and weekly sales figures
  • Managing calendars, appointments, and placements of crews
  • Providing additional general administrative support as necessary

Qualifications

  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills are necessary
  • Strong customer service and communications
  • Ability to learn a custom program
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Must be organized
  • Knowledge of excel, email, and data entry
  • Minimum of seven years experience
  • Other duties as assigned
