Service Dispatcher – Wallace Ford

Wallace Ford is looking for a dependable, hard-working, and task-driven Service Dispatcher to join our growing service department.

We are searching for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays organized under pressure, and understands the importance of efficiency, communication, and teamwork in a dealership service operation.

This position plays a major role in keeping the shop moving efficiently and helping our technicians and advisors stay productive throughout the day.

Responsibilities
  • Dispatch repair orders efficiently to technicians
  • Monitor technician workload and productivity
  • Help maintain proper shop flow and scheduling
  • Prioritize work based on appointment times and repair urgency
