Role Overview

Working in Ford Parts Counter Sales, you'll be the frontline resource for technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts. You'll help identify, source, and sell the right parts while providing outstanding customer service and maintaining accurate inventory processes.

Ford Parts Counter Sales Job Responsibilities

  • Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and purchases

Ford Parts Counter Sales Qualifications

  • Previous automotive parts experience preferred
  • Ford parts experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift and move automotive parts as needed

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screen.
