Experience Ford Service Technician
Danvers Ford is actively seeking an Experienced Ford Service Technician to join our high-performing service team. We are looking for A and B-Level technicians who can confidently diagnose, repair, and maintain Ford vehicles while delivering high-quality work and outstanding customer service.
We are specifically seeking experienced A and B-Level technicians with Ford certification who are confident handling complex repairs and diagnostics.
What You'll Do as a Ford Service Technician:
  • Diagnose and repair Ford vehicles efficiently and accurately
  • Perform repairs on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, brakes, suspension, HVAC, and more
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and identify maintenance or safety concerns
  • Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs to manufacturer standards
  • Document repair orders and communicate findings with service advisors
  • Stay current with Ford certifications, training, and technical updates
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with other technicians and support team success

Ford Service Technician Qualifications
