The Administrative Assistant for Student affairs will work closely with the Dean of Students as well as the student affairs leadership team and is responsible for general office operations and clerical support.

Track and process budgets, expenses, and financial reports for the Student Affairs department.

Assist with financial planning for events, programs, and departmental initiatives.

Take detailed minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant staff.
