Where required, you will assist with budgeting, invoicing and general household expenditure tracking, as well as supporting the onboarding and coordination of additional household staff.

In addition, the role includes providing discreet and reliable lifestyle support to the family. This may involve assisting with day-to-day logistics, errands, scheduling, transportation coordination, school runs, pet care and ensuring the household operates seamlessly around the family’s routine. You will act as a key point of coordination between the residences, service providers, and the family schedule to ensure everything runs smoothly and effortlessly at all times.

  • Exceptional service standards with a true 5* guest experience mindset
  • Highly organised, detail-driven, and proactive in anticipating needs
  • Confident managing vendors, teams, and fast-moving household operations
  • Calm under pressure with a no task too small attitude
  • Strong communication and leadership ability
