Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Concept Type: Counter Service

Location: West Hartford, CT

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year plus Performance & Holiday Bonuses

Job Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills paired with rapid, sound decision-making ability.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop entry-level staff with patience while maintaining firm accountability.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends within a predictable, 45-hour workweek (no late closes).


Job Responsibilities:

As the Restaurant Manager in West Hartford, CT, you will:

  • Oversee shift flow, including counter ordering, kitchen coordination, order accuracy, and high-volume takeout and delivery channels, managing it all with calm urgency.
